The Play Cafe Waiver

By selecting "AGREE" above, the Parent/Guardian/Responsible Adult confirms their understanding and acceptance of the following terms:

1. Grip Socks Requirement:
   Grip socks must be worn by all children during play. Failure to adhere to this policy may increase the risk of injury. The Parent/Guardian/Responsible Adult acknowledges that should any incident or injury occur as a result of grip socks not being worn, The Play Cafe is not responsible.

2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability:
   Participation in activities at The Play Cafe may involve certain inherent risks of injury. The Parent/Guardian/Responsible Adult voluntarily assumes all such risks on behalf of the minor(s) participating. The Play Cafe shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages to person(s) or property.

3. Supervision Requirement:
   Supervision of minor(s) by the Parent/Guardian/Responsible Adult is required at all times. Drop-offs are strictly prohibited, and the undersigned accepts full responsibility for monitoring the minor(s) during their time at The Play Cafe.

4. Lost or Stolen Items:
   The Play Cafe is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items.

By selecting "AGREE," you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the above terms. Your acceptance indicates your voluntary agreement to release The Play Cafe, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims of liability arising from your child(ren)'s participation in activities at this facility.
