*****By completing this registration, you agree to the following*****

1. Venue Access: Entry begins at your scheduled time. No early setup.

2. Cleanup: Space must be cleaned and vacated by the end of your rental. $25 fee per 15 minutes over.

3. Belongings: Remove all personal items and decor.

4. Use of Premises:

   • Events only; prior approval needed for other uses.
   • Alcohol allowed but must not be served to minors and must be removed after the event.
   • Renter is liable for damages or legal issues related to alcohol.
   • No smoking indoors ($100 fee if detected).
   • No red drinks.
   • Fridge/freezer available; take items when leaving.

5. Damages: Renter covers repair costs.

6. Disputes: Legal matters handled in the owner's jurisdiction.

7. Liability:

   • Time: Playdate rental is hourly, including setup/cleanup. Be out on time.
   • Shoes: We are a shoe-free facility. Socks required for adults; grip socks for kids. Inform your guests in advance.
   • Supervision: The Play Cafe is not responsible for injuries, lost/stolen items, or unsupervised children.
